Converts all lines/plines contained in a given table (open or not) into regions on the basis of region names held in two columns of that table. The names are converted in strings of the length stated by the user whatever be their original format (any format but date and logical).

A perfect complement to reg2plin.mbx, it will also process any table corresponding to the basic requirements of being made of lines/plines representing border-segments and containing the names of the bordering regions.
