ZoomSel.mbx places the window center on the selected objects MBR center and sets the zoom to make the objects 'fill' the window, keeping 5% free margins. If a single symbol is selected, the window is only recentered; no change to the zoom. Once the zoom-on is displayed, calling ZoomSel again will zoom out (*4) and in (toggle action) as long as the selection remains unchanged.
