Offset Line Patterns (Pierre Blanc)

The 4 new patterns are located at the end of the PEN file. They are shown in red in the image, black being the no-offset style. The position above or below depends of course of the line direction.

The image does not render well the fact that style 3 looks in the mapper like style 4 (on the other side) and not like style 1 (the size of the arrow tells)

Note a curious thing: the size of the line direction arrows increases with the offset!

Also to be able to select an offset line, one must click on its theoretical position, not where it appears to be.
