HalfBuffer creates buffers on one side (right/left given line direction) of any line/polyline set in a specified table or in a selection from an open table.
Buffer width can be constant or proportionate to values contained in a column of the line/polyline table. A buffer is a rectangular ribbon with straight ends perpendicular to line/polyline end segments. External bends (0-180 degrees angles opposite to "center line") are rounded, other bends are clean sharp angles.
Buffers can be offset from the "center line"; the set buffer width (constant or variable) is not affected by the presence of an offset.
