REG_RASTP

Inspired by Kevin Mahoney's AUTO_R_M.MB, and with contributions by Dmitry Bogdanov.

Helps in the registration of raster files in the following formats: BMP, GIF, JPG, PCX, TGA and TIF, by creating the appropriate .TAB file.

ARVO:	AutoRegistration for Viewing Only (the KGM original) The user supplies the raster file name via a file_open requester.
ISRC:	Image pixel Size and Rectangular map Coordinates The program needs the raster file name as above, a reference CoordSys the image height and width in pixels, the map coordinates for the corresponding rectangle corners.
DMWR:	Direct Mapper Window Registration The program needs the raster file name as above, the open window from which the raster has been extracted. This method is useful in a precise context : a mapper is open, its image has just been saved as a raster. The open window is then used to get the x-y coordinates; the dimensions of the image are taken directly from the newly created raster file.
