Displays the actual dimensions of the active document window (Map, Graph, Browser, Layout) and its maximum possible size (that of the MapInfo window) within 5/100 in.

Resizes that window to dimensions provided by user; zoom and centering of a mapper are protected, adjustments made to map "height" if needed.
