Drops a symbol in the cosmetic layer of the frontwindow where user clicks and displays location data in the Info window.

Expanded description:
TagNInfo drops a symbol in the cosmetic layer of the frontwindow where user clicks with the I tool óf the app. toolpad and displays data in the Info window. If objects exist already in cosmetic layer, user can choose to save them, to discard them or to keep them while adding new tags. User can discard at any time ('crossing' icon) the most recent tags. Options allow user to 'dock' the tool bar, to change tag symbol and language. All options are kept in the Tag N Info.INI file.

Hints on use:
The ini_delete.INI 'options and languages' file must be placed in the same directory as the MBX. If it does not exist, ini_delete.mbx will create one in English only. Any language can be added to it as long as the structure of the INI file is respected.

The menu is installed in the "Tools" menu if MI => 4.5; otherwise, in the main menu bar.

A toolbar composed of the I (info) and 'red railway crossing' icons is also added
