[Mapinfo 8.0] Blocage intempestifs
Pour info, vu sur le Forum [Mapinfo_L]
Il semblerait que l'application nView Desktop, lié aux cartes Nvidia GeForce, puisse bloquer Mapinfo 8.0
A désactiver donc si vous rencontrez ce problème.

Subject : [MI-L] New Machines Locking up when using MapInfo 8
The Town has just leased some new machines for our CAD techs, who use both AutoCAD and MapInfo.
When using MapInfo two people (first two machines deployed) have had MapInfo stop responding, while doing different things. They just see the hourglass.
When they look at the task manager it show that the CPU is 50% in use.
Saw the post last week about nVidia cards, I would not think the temp folder would be the problem even though we haven't tried to clean it out.
Thought It might have something to do with the hyperthreading.
Here are the specs for the machines.

Video:NVIDIA GeForce 7300LE Video Card with 256MB TurboCache (64MB
discrete DDR3 Memory) and DVI, & TV-Out
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Solution :
It appears, at least for our machines that turning off the nView Desktop stuff works.
