Andre Winter vient de mettre a jour ses liens sur Carto.net. Voir en particulier le lien relatif a l'Ordnance Survey (l'IGN anglais) et a sa master map (colection de 400 millions d'objets geographiques diffuses sous GML) :

Une autre discussion interessante sur le liste SVG developpers a trait a la strategie d'Adobe, qui est a l'origine du standard mais qui parait avoir relache ses efforts pour le promouvoir SVG (son plug-in pour Internet Exlporer n'a pas evolue depuis plus d'un an et n'est plus fourni automatiquement avec Acrobat Reader...). Un nouvel acteur apparait, Corel, qui fournit un plug-in encore en beta. Or Corel est tres lie a Microsoft...

Since Corel is now, in the facts if not officialy, nothing more than the graphic branch of
Microsoft, maybe Adobe will start to understand that if they (Adobe) don't jump into SVG now,
they (Adobe) will face very difficult time in a close future.
The day Microsoft will release, through its Corel subsidiary, an Acrobat clone based on SVG,
that is XML, instead of the old non-XML Postscript which is currently the base of Adobe's
Acrobat, there will be an interesting storm...
