- Collecter et acquérir des données
- Intégrer et mettre à jour des composantes spatiales et attributaires dans un SIG
- Diffuser des composantes spatiales et attributaires issues d'un SIG
- S’adapter rapidement aux différents logiciels SIG (Système d’Information Géographique)

Le technicien en géomatique produit et exploite des données d'informations géographiques, géolocalisées et des cartographies thématiques à destination de clients, d’usagers et d’utilisateurs (partenaires, entreprises, grand public, etc.).
