geonetwork installation 4.2.1 (Debian) : message d'erreur

Bonjour,
Je suis un débutant avec geonetwork. Je travaille avec un serveur linux debian.  J'ai téléchargé le dernier fichier .war v4.2.1.Je l'ai collé sous /var/lib/tomcat9/webapps. Je me permets de coller ci dessous les logs geonetwork. Une personne saurait elle me dire comment interpréter ces messages d'erreur et me diriger vers une piste de résolution? Merci.

Merci. Ce qui est étonnant, c'est que le message d'erreur exprime qu'il tente de créer le fichier "/var/lib/tomcat" alors que mon dossier  est /var/lib/tomcat9/webapps/geonetwork/WEB-INF/

Merci. Concernant la configuration de la BDD. J'ai décommenté le dialecte à utiliser (postgresql/postgis) dans /WEB-INF/config-node/srv.xml .
De plus, j'ai essayé de mettre à jour le fichier WEB-INF/config-db/jdbc.properties avec les informations de connexion pertinentes. J'ai réussi à définir le nom d'utilisateur, le mot de passe, la base de données, l'hôte, le port. Mais je crains d'avoir échoué à définir la ligne jdbc.connectionProperties. Pourriez-vous me dire quelles sont les informations attendues pour cette ligne ? Et comment le définir ? Merci.
