CORINE land cover 2000 disponible
Bonjour a tous,
La version 2000 de CORINE land cover est maintenant disponible,
gratuitement, aupres de l'Ifen. Elle s'accompagne d'une version
1990-2000 qui identifie et localise les changements d'occupation du sol
intervenus entre 1990 et 2000.

Monsieur,
Je suis actuellement en stage au CAUE 47 et je travaille sur
un projet de sensibilisation aupres des elus concernant, en
partie, le probleme de l'etalement urbain sur notre
departement.
Je me permets donc de vous contacter afin de savoir si il
serait possible d'avoir des documents carthographiques
montrant l'evolution de ce phenomene au niveau national,
regional et departemental. Cet apport carthographique nous
permettrait d'imager ce probleme.

il y a deux ans j'attendais impatiament la publication d'image2000 et
etais content de lire que la distribution serait gratuite (modele
american, prix du support uniquement si support il y a).
maintenant je lis cela:
Q. Can I pass the data to anyone else?
A. Absolutely not. The data are provided to you as a registered user.
Even if an immediate colleague wishes to use the data, they should
register also and request the imagery. Any circulation of the data is
prohibited by the terms and conditions, and remember that these data are
strictly for non-commercial uses.
et les registered user sont du type:
1) Request for use of I&CLC2000 products within EC Commission services
2) Standard request form for the use of I&CL2000 products by third
parties for non-commercial purposes
3) Request for use of I&CLC2000 products for EC contractors
dans le point 2, les seuls autorises sont
* All EU bodies including EEA
* National Authorities in charge of the production / dissemination
of I&CLC2000 in the participating countries
* Public bodies at international, national, regional and local level
* Public Organisations, Foundations, Associations
* Educational Institutions
* Public Research Organisations / Institutions / Laboratories
mais ou est passe l'acces libre aux donnees la?!
ou bien me manque-t-il des informations?
