[MAP & CIVIL] Export KML plug-in

Nous avons créé un plug-in avancée pour exporter KML Map3D / Civil3D (2013 - 2017) .
Les applications peuvent trouver le magasin à Autodesk pour qui cela peut concerner

2. Yes,
The target of plug-in is for Map for FDO and Acad objects, but because Autodesk don't want to create app store for Map (long, long story with them, now I know why 
) we need to publish under Civil apps, but works also under Civil. We not test with "Civil Object" like Alignment, parcel points and s.o. .
