Bien sur ce n'est pas aussi alléchant que ca ne semble au premier abord mais je fais passer l'info tout de même (vu sur la liste [arcsig])
Traduction sommaire : ArcGis pour autocad est une application gratuite (sous réserve d'avoir autocad 2007 et ArcGis Server 9.2) et permet d'avoir accès a des fonctions supplémentaires de cartographie et de geotraitements. I passe par ArcGis server pour inclure ces possibilité dans autocad. Il semble qu'on puisse accéder aux infos attributaire via le bouton Identifier ainsi que d'autres possibilités.
Reste à voir la différence de prix et de capacités d'un tel outil comparativement avec Map 
Mais avoir du ArcGis dans du Autocad.. miam..
ArcGIS for AutoCAD is a free application that installs on top of AutoCAD 2007 and provides access to the results of all of the GIS mapping and geoprocessing capabilities performed by ArcGIS in the form of map service images. This application accesses dynamic georeferenced ArcGIS Server map services and displays them in the AutoCAD drafting environment. The included Identify tool gives users the ability to access feature attributes stored in the underlying GIS data sets.
ArcGIS for AutoCAD leverages the ESRI tool set and geodatabase. The cartographic and computing power of ArcGIS is provided to the CAD user without the overhead of data management or the complexities of dealing with conversion and translation or thematic visualization of data. All vector, raster, and imagery formats that ArcGIS Server supports can be viewed in the CAD environment.
With ArcGIS for AutoCAD, users can:
* Dynamically interact with live GIS maps, including GIS symbology and data structures.
* Include the results of GIS analysis and models (performed by ArcGIS) in their CAD designs.
* Include GIS basemaps in their CAD products.
ArcGIS for AutoCAD requires ArcGIS Server 9.2 and AutoCAD 2007.

La nouvelle gamme de Autodesk Map3d permet de s'affranchie de toutes ces complictions..Un SIG presque complet sous Autocad.
Nouvelles fonctionalitées.

mais j'avais envie de rajouter qu'il existe aussi un client pour microstation 8.1 et 8.5 de ArcGis

Installing the MicroStation client for ArcGIS Image Server
The ArcGIS Image Server client for MicroStation is compatible with MicroStation 8.1
and 8.5.
All clients have to be distributed with the Client Core folder. The MicroStation Client
folder containing the setup.exe, and the Client Core folder, need to be in the same
folder location when installing a client. When installing this client the directory
structure of the install location must be arranged in the following way:
The ArcGIS Image Server Client for MicroStation installation is performed through a
wizard.
The MicroStation client has to be installed in the MicroStation home folder
