ArkéoMap est un bureau d’étude spécialisé dans le domaine de l'archéologie. Dans le cadre d'une thèse de doctorat (U. Rennes1), Loïc Gaudin s'est spécialisé dans la modélisation de l'évolution spatio-temporelle des paysages végétaux sur le long terme (plusieurs milliers d'années).
ArkéoMap propose une initiation aux méthodes de géostatistiques et d'analyses spatiales. Cette formation s'adresse à des professionnels amenés à exploiter des données spatiales et souhaitant aller au-delà des analyses thématiques grâce à des concepts simples de la géostatistique (ex. interpolations : krigeage, IDW, Spline, utilisations d'analyses multivariées pour rechercher des corrélations entre des couches de données, initiation à R pour appliquer les méthodes).

Formation "Initiation aux méthodes de Géostatistiques
Objectifs :
- Acquérir des principes de base en Géostatistique : les principales méthodes d’interpolation, rappels sur des méthodes statistiques
- Élaborer et appliquer des démarches d’analyses spatiales
- Rechercher des corrélations entre les distributions spatiales de différentes couches géographiques
Public :
Cette formation s’adresse aux professionnels amenés à exploiter des données spatiales (géomaticiens, chargés d’études, ingénieurs territoriaux, chercheurs, urbanistes..) souhaitant aller au-delà de la construction de cartes grâce à des concepts simples de la géostatistique.
Intervenant :
Loïc Gaudin, Docteur en Sciences de l’Environnement et chargé de cours à l’Université de Rennes 1, ArkéoMap, intervenant pour les services des collectivités territoriales (Départements, Villes), instituts de recherche (IRD, Universités, CNRS..), sociétés privés.
Organisation pédagogique :
- présentation des principes théoriques sur la base d’un diaporama,
- chaque partie de la formation est illustrée par des exercices grâce à des ateliers pratiques sur des logiciels libres (utilisation de R, R studio et Qgis),
- un support « papier » d’une centaine de pages, résumant les principes théoriques et pratiques est remis en début de formation à chaque participant.
La formation a été conçue pour pouvoir être suivie en petits groupes voire en individuel. Chaque point théorique fait ensuite l’objet de manipulations ou exercices sur ordinateur. Une plage de temps est prévue en fin de formation pour faire des exercices sur des jeux de données préparés, mais ce temps peut aussi être mis à profit pour répondre à des problématiques particulières.
Pré-requis : Connaître les principes de base en SIG, être familiarisé à la manipulation de données. La prise en main du logiciel R ne nécessite aucun pré-requis particulier. Une initiation aux logiciels R et Rstudio est prévue en début de formation.
