BTS "Géomètre-Topographe" (Toulouse)
Objectifs de la formation
Le premier objectif est d’obtenir ce diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur (Bac + 2, 120 crédits) et se préparer à devenir, en deux ans, un professionnel exerçant son activité dans un cabinet de géomètre-expert, un bureau d'études, une entreprise de bâtiments ou de travaux publics ou un service technique d'une administration ou d'une collectivité locale.
Ces deux années d'études vont permettre d’acquérir un large éventail de connaissances et de compétences dans trois domaines principaux : - Compétences techniques : topographie, relevés de terrain, traitement des données - Compétences juridiques : droit de l’urbanisme, droit civil, droit administratif, - Compétences informatiques : traitement et gestion des données graphiques, DAO, SIG.
Le deuxième objectif peut être de suivre simultanément la préparation des concours d'entrée à l'ESGT au Mans (Ecole Supérieure des Géomètres et Topographes), à l'INSA (Institut National des Sciences Appliquées) de Strasbourg section Topographie et à l’ESTP (Ecole Supérieure des Travaux Publics).

- Niveau d'entrée : Le Bac S est le mieux adapté pour suivre cette formation qui requiert un bon niveau en Mathématiques et en Physique. L’accès à cette section est cependant possible pour les titulaires d'un Bac Technique ou même d'un Brevet de Technicien, sous réserve de persévérance et d'une forte motivation pour les études.
