La référence cadastrale
Composition, signification
La référence cadastrale est le code d’identification d’une parcelle. Elle est constituée du signalement alphabétique de la section et du numéro de parcelle. La section est définie par 1 ou 2 lettres, à laquelle on ajoute le numéro précis de la parcelle.
Chaque parcelle est donc identifiée par une lettre et un numéro.
A défaut de disposer d'informations sur la procédure de confection du plan cadastral, le mode de dénomination des sections cadastrales permet de déterminer la procédure initiale utilisée.
Attention : à l'intérieur d'une même section, plusieurs procédures ont pu être utilisées :
exemple : un remembrement rural a été réalisé : les nouvelles sections créées à cette occasion (voir ci-dessous) se dénomment ZA, ZB, ZC etc…
Par contre ce remembrement excluait les zones baties (villages, bourg etc…).
Ces “exclus du remembrement” ont par la suite été incorporés par voies de remaniement partiel.
- Si ces zones permettaient de constituer des sections entières, elles ont été dénommées AB, AC ,AD…
- Si ces exclus ne concernaient que des petites zones (villages ou habitat isolé par exemple), elles ont été incorporées dans les sections remembrées créées antérieurement, en reprenant l'identification des sections concernées.
La Section
Cadastre ancien
les sections sont toujours dénommées par une lettre simple A, B, C, D …..
Par contre, une section pouvait comporter plusieurs feuilles de plan, dénommées par exemple A1 , A2, A3 …pour la section A.
Cadastre rénové
- par voie de mise à jour une lettre simple A, B, C, D ….
- par voie de renouvèlement débute toujours par AB, AC, AD, AE…puis BC, BD, BE….etc.
- par voie de réfection débute toujours par AB, AC, AD, AE…puis BC, BD, BE….etc.
- par voie de remembrement ( à partir de 1942) : ZA, ZB, ZC… YA, YB, YC… XA..WA…VA…TA …etc. (le choix des lettres sur le plan est toujours faite à partir de ZA, puis en ordre alphabétique inverse)
- par voie de remaniement ( à partir de 1974) : AA, AB, AC…BA, BB, BC…CA, CB, CC…
Il n'y a en principe pas de dénomination de section avec des lettres doublonnées (ZZ, BB, AA etc…). Dans la pratique, ce principe a souvent été oublié…
Le numéro de parcelle
1 , 2, 3…… 520, 521, 522…….
Cadastre ancien
si une parcelle était vendue en 2 ou plusieurs morceaux, le numéro de parcelle ne changeait pas.
Exemple: A 321, contenances 20 ares est partagée en 2 .
On aura :
A 321 p, contenance 10 a
A 321 p, contenance 10 a
(le p indiquant : partie de)
N.B. Le plan, lui, n’était pas retouché selon « le principe de l’immuabilité du plan ».
Cadastre rénové
si une parcelle est partagée, elle perd son numéro d’origine, et on numérote les nouvelles parcelles ainsi créées à partir du dernier numéro de la section.
Exemple : AC98, contenance 20 ares est partagée en 2 . On aura :
le dernier numéro de la section AC étant 589,
AC 590, contenance 10 ares
AC 591, contenance 10 ares
N.B. Le plan sera refait, le numéro d’origine sera barré 98 , et on verra 590 et 591
