- Description courte : Transforme une thématique en carte de “couleurs permanentes”
- Description détaillée : FIXSHADE se sert d'une carte thématique pour créer une nouvelle table avec les mêmes objets et les mêmes données tout en changeant de façon permanente les styles des objets à ceux qu'ils ont dans la carte thématique.Il ajoute aussi une colonne “Class_N” contenant les indices des classes utilisées dans l'analyse thématique (de 1 à un maximum de 16, 0 pour les valeurs par défaut ou manquantes). N est un index commençant avec 1 et qui permet d'avoir les résultats de plusieurs classifications dans une même table.
Il est limité aux thématiques par “plage” basée sur des régions, des lignes ou des points. Il ne peut pas traiter de thématiques faites sur des sélections.
La fenêtre active doit contenir seulement une table de base et une couche thématique. La nouvelle table ne contiendra que les objets pertinents à la thématique (régions, lignes ou points).
Une thématique peut être faite sur les résultats de calculs du moment que toutes les variables impliquées sont dans la table de base. Elle ne marchera pas si les calculs rencontrent une division par zéro (faire alors une autre carte de base en excluant ces régions).
Un rapport sur la classification thématique et ses styles est inclus dans un fichier avec le même nom que celui de la nouvelle table mais avec une extension .TXT et placée dans le même répertoire.

- Comment l'utiliser : Une fois une thématique créée, choisir l'item 'Fixer les couleurs thématiques' du menu 'Fixer les couleurs' installé dans le menu Outils si MI⇒4.5, ou dans la barre principale du menu. Respectez les conditions énoncées plus haut en ce qui concerne la nature de la thématique.
