Installation
Dans l'installateur de plugins, rajouter le dépôt suivant : http://www.ftools.ca/cfarmerQgisRepo.xml Puis récupérer les plugins (Bouton récupérer la liste). Cochez les plugins qui vous intéresse, ici fTools, pour la version de QGIS.
Allez dans le menu Plugins→Gestionnaire de plugin et cochez le plugin fTools pour l'activer. Si vous n'avez pas eut de message d'erreur cela signifie que le pluging a été correctement installé. Sinon lisez la fenêtre pour savoir quels sont les problèmes (généralement une dépendance manquante).
Fonctionnalités
Dans le menu About du plugin vous avez un bouton Help qui donne quelques informations sur le plugin (en anglais).
